How it works.
From your first prompt to your finished video—here’s what to expect in Presh Video Lab.
Bring your scene to life.
Know the cost
before you create.
Credits are the balance used to pay for customer video generations. The quote changes with your model, duration, quality, audio options, and supported references.
View your wallet →What happens to your credits?
- The studio shows your credit estimate before you submit.
- Each separate generation uses its own credits. Playing or downloading a saved video does not submit another generation.
- Your wallet records generation charges, purchases, and refunds.
- When a task is confirmed failed or cancelled, reserved generation credits are refunded. An unconfirmed submission can remain on hold until its outcome is resolved.
Credit purchases and customer generation are not open yet. The current site is a launch preview.
A short video can
take a few minutes.
Generation time varies with the model, settings, and the provider’s queue. Clip length is the duration of your finished video—not the time it takes to create it.
While your video is processing
In our two Seedance 2.5 tests, generation took about 5–6 minutes. That is an example, not a promised completion time. Other requests may finish sooner or take longer.
The studio checks progress automatically while the page is active. You can also use Refresh status after returning to the studio.
You can submit another video while one is processing. Each submission is a separate generation with its own cost.
After generation completes, the finished file is saved before it appears as saved and ready to play.
Give your idea
a starting point.
Upload images or supported reference clips directly from your device. The studio displays the attachment limits for your selected model.
Supported uploads
- Images: JPG, PNG, or WebP, up to 10 MB each.
- Video references: MP4 or MOV, 2–15 seconds, up to 25 MB each, where supported.
- Reference roles vary by model. For Seedance 2.5, a single image is used as the first frame.
- Audio options depend on your model. Describe dialogue, ambience, or music in your prompt when using audio generation.
Reference uploads are temporary: they are removed after 24 hours. Using a reference in a generation restarts that window.
Save your favourites.
Watch the countdown.
Your completed video remains available for 72 hours after it is successfully saved and ready to play. Processing time does not count toward those 72 hours.
What stays, and what expires?
- The countdown starts after successful saving. Replaying, refreshing, or downloading does not restart it.
- After expiry, the file becomes unavailable. Automatic cleanup removes expired files on its regular schedule.
- Your history entry stays, even after the video file is deleted.
- Download videos to your own device before expiry to keep them.
- You can delete a completed video sooner using Delete now.
If saving fails, use Refresh status or Check / save to retry while the provider’s source file is still available.
